
Job | HR Executive/Generalist

Role Description:(Work from Office)
- Working and taking ownership across all HR functions as a HR Generalist with min of 1 years
- of work experience
- Would be willing to work, develop and lead all HR functions
- Managing complete employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Maintain documentation and employee files & records
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation
- and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Grievance Handling of employees
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits,organizing team building activities and employee Engagement
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes, with hands on recruitment across
- multiple roles and departments should be good at sourcing and have convincing skills by
- pitching company profile.
- Give right information at right time to relevant people
- Following are some of the attributes we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree /Master degree
- 1+ years of experience human resources
- High amount of integrity and diligence
- Work experience in a startup is a plus
- Knowledge of End to End Recruitment process, with experience in technical recruiting a plus
- Strong negotiating skills with Go Getter attitude and ability to work under pressure and
- deadlines
- Positive attitude
- Proactive approach
