Keeping track of project deliverables according to the project plan.
Keeping track of,controlling,and escalating project concerns as appropriate.
Cross-functional problems being resolved at the project level.
Control project scope,oversee change management, and raise issues as needed.
Track the performance and progress of the project.
Report on the situation to the team leader.
Maintain communication with writers,internal teams and Team Manager Customer Service.
Providing daily updates to authors on project status and progress.
Make sure authors are directly involved so the project complies with industry standards.
Organize project evaluation and communication task.
Giving the Team Manager regular status updates

Selection Process Criteria –

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
