Quality of Air Worsens, and Work From Home Is Once Again Prevalent In Delhi NCR: Companies in Delhi-NCR are reportedly planning to resume the option for employees to work from home as the city’s air quality continues to worsen. According to reports, companies that operate in a hybrid mode allow their employees the choice to work from home to avoid being outside in the hazardous weather.
Companies are requesting that staff wear masks in order to further limit risk. To keep the personnel safe, they are also installing air filtration devices in workplace spaces. Businesses such as KPMG and Quess Corp stated that they are closely monitoring the situation and may continue to use their hybrid working approach.
