Job Location for Accenture Recruitment 2024 –
For leadership manager post, candidates will be working from home. For business advisory new associate, HR program & operations specialist posts, candidates will be working from home and office as well as it has a hybrid work style and office location for candidates will be Hyderabad and Bangalore respectively.

Responsibilities for HR Program & Operations Specialist –
- Provide support in the execution of strategic talent programs and initiatives
- Work with HR team to understand and support talent priorities and talent programs
- Produce consolidated project status reporting and review project status and proactively identify issues, address issues and concerns
- Provide continuous improvement to processes, tools and metrics based on ongoing experience, process metrics and feedback from other stakeholders
- Work collaboratively with other HR teams
- Must have strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Responsibilities for Learning and Leadership Manager –
- Lead learning strategy by partnering with your team and business leaders to clarify challenges, define the business problem, target audience and desired outcomes
- Conduct learner research to better understand program outcomes
- Summarize the learners needs, context and problems to ultimately shape the learning design
- Provide perspective on build, buy, borrow options and solutions for learning needs
- Curate and customize content and experiences
- Conduct durable learning reviews to ensure learning experiences are sticky
- Collaborate with relevant teams to define a measurement strategy to ensure the experience meets the desired outcomes
- Collaborate with team, peers and subject matter experts to maintain relationships and to continuously seek opportunities for innovation
- Facilitate transition meeting with development teams to build understanding of the project, learners needs and design framework.
Responsibilities for Business Advisory New Associate –
- Manage/ resolve customer queries, handling escalations and complaints of the dissatisfied customers and giving best resolutions
- Responsible for closing the fault and complaints with SLA’s
- Providing technical assistance on the use of specific systems, software and infrastructure and in troubleshooting of technical problems.
Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For business advisory new associate post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600, for leadership manager post, the payable salary will be Rs 48,500 and for HR operations specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 30,300 per month approximately. (Note – Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary.
Educational Qualifications – The educational qualification details for this post is mentioned below.
- HR Operations Specialist/ Business Advisory New Associate – {a graduate degree in any discipline}
- Learning & Leadership Manager – {a graduate degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of experience in learning advisory}.

Selection Method – For Accenture recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting, online assessment test and virtual interview. The assessment test will schedule in two stages:
- Cognitive Assessment – You will get 50 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of English ability, critical thinking and problem solving, abstract reasoning.
- Communication Assessment – You will get 30 minutes to complete this assessment. This assessment test will comprise of sentence mastery, vocabulary, fluency, pronunciation.
If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id for online mock assessment tests.
