Experience : Freshers / Experienced

Skill Set :

Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office & Browsing Internet resources.
Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers.
Ability to use a desktop computer system.
Excellent documentation skills and typing skills.
Excellent customer service skills, including maintaining focus on the customer issue in a fast-paced environment.
Good comprehension skills ability to clearly understand and state the issues customers present.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).

Identify and relate with various customer needs and scenarios,

Conduct issue identification and problem-solving meeting customer needs and satisfaction,

Remain updated in client and internal processes, technology applications, utilities, and products,
