Job Description:
· Minimum 8 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment only.
IT Recruiters can apply if worked with banking, finance clients.
· Well-versed in Non-IT Recruitment,
Usage of Naukri experience is mandatory.
Contract to hire experience is needed not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills.
· Screen applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
· Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
Acceptable notice period Max 1 week to Immediate joiners.
Budget is 2 to 2.5 LPA.
15 – 20% Hike.
