Job Description for Talent Acquisition :

•  Selection & Recruitment
• Responsible for selection and recruitment for Pan India and ensure gap is filled within timelines.
• Identifying new sources of recruitment to fill the manpower gap.
• Utilize and manage maximum sources like agencies, job portals and employee referrals for the current and future openings.
• Tracking manpower cost & count gym wise to ensure region manpower cost is within budgets.
• Responsible for complete onboarding, joining formalities and Induction training for the new joiners in the region.
