Responsibilities of Market Research Intern –

Understanding customer pain points
Understanding ideal client profile and HR personas
Collaborating with business development representatives and sales development representatives
Researching and prioritizing target accounts
Maintaining CRM and providing information
Leveraging technology for lead management
Utilize both internal and external strategies to effectively identify, develop and manage marketing leads.

Responsibilities of Customer Success Manager –

Provide consulting services for a specific set of customers
Ensure high customer satisfaction scores, manage customer health status
Promote product adoption with key customer stakeholders
Work closely with customers to create and execute success plans that align with their business objectives and maximize the value they receive from our product
Work closely with product/ tech teams to explore the feasibility of technical enhancement projects
Cross functional collaboration.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For Market Research Intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 and for content and event marketing intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 45,800 per month approximately. Market Research Intern – {12th Pass or a graduate degree in any discipline}
Customer Success Manager – {a graduate degree in technology, engineering, compute science with minimum three years of experience with proven delivery and retention accountability in a customer facing organization}.

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Desire to pursue career a career in product management
