Responsibilities for Technical Help-desk Specialist –

Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
Determine the best solution based on the issue and detailed provided by the customers
Walk the customer through the problem solving process
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Provide accurate information on IT products or services
Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
Follow up and update customer status and information

Responsibilities for Advisor Voice Process –

Manage all customer interactions
Demonstrate ownership on calls when contacted by customer
Respond to all customers in appropriate tone and language
Offer a solution based approach for all customer interactions
Educate the customer at every given possible opportunity
Ensure update of product, system and process
Capture customer details and data relevant to the call or service
Resolve customer queries within agreed timelines
Manage outbound campaigns as per business requirement
Increase, develop and retain customer base through relationship building and service
Follow all contact center policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For help-desk specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 28,300 and for advisor voice post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 per month approximately. (Note – Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
