The position ensures that Learning agenda of bank is implemented by delivering various learning programs for the employees.

Looking for Training Manager (L&D Department), Chennai Location for MNC Bank
Requirements:
1.Experience in conducting Training Needs Analysis and carrying out all activities in the Training Cycle: Identity, Design, Delivery, Evaluation
2.Hands-on in Content Design, Learning Measurement and business metrics
- Excellent Classroom Management and Facilitation Skills delivering programs
- Ability to manage vendor relationship including vendor cost and KPI management.
- Communicate effectively at all levels (both internally and externally); ability to work and influence Team members/ Stakeholders across different sites globally.
6.Analyze large volume of data points, identifying issues and recommend solutions. - Grad HR / MBA HR with minimum of 3 to 5 years of L & D experience in BFSI sector.

Responsibilities:
1.Facilitate the Induction Program and other learning programs (Professional-Leadership / Technical)
2.Design and deliver custom solutions in Functional / Sales / Professional / Leadership Development / Technical (in consultation with the Learning Partners /Business Stakeholders where required)
Learning Operations & Governance:
1.Oversee Contracts & Vendor Management (empanelment, identification, evaluation, purchase order-invoice-payment governance)
2 Govern seamless administration of programs in the Learning Management System and evangelize digital learning through all learning solutions offered
3 Work closely with all internal teams for the smooth execution of training programs.
4 Be Audit Ready by ensuring training records; budgets are updated and metrics reported periodically
Fulfil all responsibilities in relation to:
1.Speed of Train of On-Boarding Training programs
2 Building People Manager Capabilities
3 100% completion of Road map trainings of NDS
4 100% completion of mandatory learnings of NDS.
5 Meeting / Exceeding L1, L2, L3 Targets of different programs delivered
