Role and responsibilities

Contribution in team planning, dev analysis and design discussion
Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication to the right audience
Solves complex business and technical problem
Makes implementation trade-offs for design approaches
Troubleshoots failure on each stage. May work as Reliability Engineers
Develops, tests, deploys production code (both inherited and produced)
Impacts customer experience, software quality, and maintainability of the product
Provide solutions continuously testable, maintainable, logical, and efficient
Do capacity planning for your team software
Improves testability, team documents, automate tests
Mentor other team members

What to bring

A solid foundation in computer science, with strong competencies in data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Good working knowledge of Java/Go, Spring, Hibernate
Have experienced solving complex problems
Worked in an environment with high levels of ownership and commitment
Excellent coding skills – should be able to convert the design into code fluently. Good skills to write unit & integration tests with reasonable coverage of code & interfaces
Working knowledge of Kubernetes and docker
Working knowledge of Kafka, RabbitMQ, Celery, Mysql, Redis, Zookeeper
Good understanding of system infrastructure
Relevant experience 2 to 5 years

Responsibilities

Interact with business, technology, or vendor personnel to gather pertinent information about an existing software system covering:
- PII involved
- Registration process
- Authentication
- Main functionalities in the system
- Authorization
- Encryption of data-in-transit and data-at-rest
- Upstream/downstream dependencies

BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work on flexible schedule.
