Job Location for Tech Mahindra Recruitment 2024 –

Responsibilities for International Voice Process –

Provide customer support through voice
Resolve issues and miscellaneous queries
Handle internet related queries
Handle customer service (technical support) for international voice process

Responsibilities for EDI Consultant –

Responsible for day-to-day tasks such as implementing and configuring EDI solutions, analyzing business processes, troubleshooting and resolving issues and working with X12 standard
Able to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams

Responsibilities for Customer Support Specialist –

Ability to coordinate with various entities at the same time
Establish rapport, present information and respond to questions from managers and clients
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables
Manage and maintain several portfolios for various clients at the same time
Use available technical resource to extract information
Work closely with our clients to identify, investigate, escalate and advise them on their questions and concerns
Interact with customers directly
Help customers to navigate the product, troubleshoot issues and help them get answers
Work closely with global support team and other internal teams to provide a world class customer support experience for all our customers
Share feedback and ideas to help team continually improve with a positive attitude.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For customer support specialist post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,600, for EDI consultant post, the payable salary will be Rs 37,500 and for international voice support post, the payable salary will be Rs 20,800 – 34,250 per month approximately. (Note – Salaries mentioned are based on data from Glass-door, Ambition Box, etc. and may vary. The figures provided here are not fixed and are subject to fluctuations.
