Responsibilities for Customer Support (Voice and Chat)/ International Customer Chat –

Responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through web-chat, email and social media channels
Providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries via voice, email and chat as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer records
Identify customer needs and assist them in effectively utilizing specific features
Manage incoming calls
Assist customers via chat or call
Communicate with customers through live chat or call to answer questions.

Responsibilities for Customer Care Executive –

Responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving customer inquiries through effective communication
Generating sales opportunities through effective customer engagement.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For customer customer service, customer care executive and international customer chat posts, the payable salary will be Rs 20,000 – 32,000 per month approximately.
