Salary:

Associate and Process Associate: Rs. 2,52,000 per annum
Service Desk Analyst: Rs. 3,00,000 per annum
SAP Executive: Approximately Rs. 5,05,200 per annum

Education Requirements:

Associate: Graduate qualification in any field
Process Associate: Graduate qualification in any field
SAP Executive: Graduate degree in any field with at least four years of SAP experience
Service Desk Analyst: Graduate qualification in any field

Age Limit:
Minimum age of 18 years with no upper age limit. Refer to the detailed notification for additional information.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Associate:

Analyze market and industry trends
Perform financial studies and modeling
Participate in the financial report writing process
Track and oversee portfolio firms’ performance and aid in financial planning

Process Associate:

Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat
Respond to customer questions
Collaborate with internal divisions to meet client demands
Accurately process orders and respond to client inquiries

SAP (Systems Applications & Products) Executive:

Understand data manager, logic script, and other BPC planning components
Create input templates and reports for EPM
Troubleshoot script logic and provide process support

Service Desk Analyst:

Answer client inquiries via calls, chats, emails, and portals
Acquire knowledge of client applications and procedures
Familiarity with frequently used hardware, software, and devices
Keep the scorecard up to date and escalate issues per help desk policies

Requirements and Qualifications for Wipro:

Strong communication abilities
Adaptable to rotating shifts
Basic understanding of Microsoft Office and computer usage
Five-day workweek
Cooperative and performance-dependent setting
Multitasking ability in a hectic environment
