Selection Process Criteria –

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

You will answer incoming calls from clients and provide for their needs in a timely and effective manner.
Recognizing and evaluating client needs.
Establishing rapport with our consumers by actively listening to them.
Following compliance rules and security guidelines.

Experience Required – For this post, there is no Previous/ Prior experience needed. Freshers are also eligible for this job Opening/ Recruitment.

Strong verbal and written communication skills
