(www.care24.co.in) Postion Overview: Team Lead – Inside Sales, who reports and directly works with the SVP Operations, manages the team of 10 in Mumbai location and would drive Hardcore Sales, customer relationship management, Operations & reporting.

The Individual would be expected to design exclusive sales strategies to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting revenue and adding to the company’s overall sales growth.

Qualification: Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 0.6 months to 1 Year of experience working as a Sales Team Leader into hardcore sales, preferably service sales/B2C sales and should be well versed with Data Analysis.

Salary range: 3.30-5.77 LPA

location: Mumbai Onsite

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conversion of leads received through various marketing channels.

• Preparing short-term and long-term sales plan towards reaching the assigned goals.

• Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

• Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers.

• Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline.

• Setting individual sales targets with sales team

• Audit sales calls and suggest improvements, increase sales conversion rate

• Evaluate performance of sales champs

• Provide feedback, support and coaching to the sales team

• Plan and direct sales team training

• Investigate lost sales and customer accounts

• Achieve targeted revenue given each month

• Work with other teams internal to the organization to ensure that sales goals are synchronized with organizational goals.

• Prepare and analyze sales, revenue reports and dashboards

Education and Experience:

Any Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 0.6 months to 1 Year of experience working as a Sales Team Leader into hardcore sales, preferably service sales/B2C sales and should be well versed with Data Analysis.
