As an Associate- Graphic Designer, you’ll be doing:

In charge of CashKaro’s Design Language (on all platforms) The primary regions of ownership will be:
- Work with the team to produce templates for various sorts of creative assets while maintaining design language consistency at all times (creative assets include but are not limited to App Banners, Mailers, Landing Pages, Social Media Creatives, Performance Ads, and so on).
- Functionality: Ensuring that each creative asset achieves its functional (readability, brand exposure, visual appeal, etc.) and performance objectives (engagement, reach, conversion, etc.).
- Maintain a tight eye on daily creative materials across all platforms for quality assurance.
Implement Design with Marketing Thinking:- Based on marketing objectives, conceptualize, oversee, and manage the overall design requirements across the firm. From the initial pitch to the final post, drive the brand’s thinking via all digital communication platforms.
Landing Pages and Design Thinking:- Creating landing pages that are both practical and visually appealing in order to meet marketing objectives. CashKaro advertises numerous products to its visitors; any landing page must demonstrate strong logic through design and persuade users to shop a specific brand/product through CashKaro.
Team Leadership:- The primary regions of ownership will be:
- Build a strong team capable of producing high-quality creative assets.
- Create methods that reduce TAT while increasing efficiency.
- Actively contribute to each team member’s growth and upskilling, and instill team culture
- Manage daily briefs from the company’s various marketing teams.
- Create cross-departmental processes to assist each team in achieving maximum productivity and quality creative assets.
Innovation:- Assist the brand in evolving its visual identity over time while keeping the company’s mission and vision in mind. Bring new ideas to the table on a regular basis that will aid in the achievement of brand and performance goals. Bring new design methods and formats that will place CashKaro on a pinnacle of exceptional design among the Indian audience. (For example, 3D, GIFs, interactive posts/ads, typography, interactive landing pages, and so on.)
