1. Customer Support Specialist.
Salary/Income/Pay-Scale – For Customer Support Specialist, the candidates will get Rs 4,40,000 Lac annually Approximately. You can find more information about the job in the detailed notice which is mentioned last.

Age Limit – For Cision recruitment, candidates should be having minimum age of 18 years. There is no limit to upper age. To get more information about age, you can refer to the detailed notification.
Roles and Responsibilities – The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.
- Immediately responds to customer support inquiries made by phone or online to improve the customer experience.
- Customers’ questions are patiently and attentively heard, and the problem is either resolved or the customer is connected to the right teams to take care of their needs.
- Quickly picks up how the support tools and systems work in order to log in and handle client inquiries.
- Accurately logs client interactions, changes account information and is able to retrieve this data to produce management reports.
- Clarifies the customer’s complaint, finds the problem’s cause, chooses and explains the best approach to fix the problem, and expedites rectification or adjustment to solve platform or service issues.
- Collaborates with management to maintain industry standards for effective customer communications

Selection Process Criteria –
The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification, followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.
Selection Process – The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.
Last Date of Online Form Submission – Applicants are recommended to apply on or before (20-05-2023). Forms will not be submitted after the last date.
