Responsibilities of HR Intern –

Responsible for administrative tasks in the HR department
Daily Attendance
Grievance Report
Off roll and On roll attrition report
Work under the supervision of HR manager

Responsibilities of Partner Program Intern –

Identifying prospective retail franchise partners and business partners that can sell a Delhivery products including domestic courier, international courier and freight
Setting up initial meetings with the clients
Maintaining MIS.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For HR intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 21,600 and for partner program intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 26,300 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.
