Job Role – Insurance Advisor and Video Editor.

Location of Job – Work From Home.

Job Duties and Responsibilities – The responsibilities for Insurance Advisor post are mentioned below in-detail

You will be the face of Ditto interacting with our users directly
You will connect with our users over calls, WhatsApp, or emails as required to understand their requirements and recommend policies or features that are best suited for them
You will be hand holding our users in their insurance buying journey.

The responsibilities for Video Editor post are mentioned below in-detail

Create and strategize with the team in the Bangalore Office for video production
Edit, ideate, shoot and assist in producing innovative videos with graphics, gifs, and clips adding special effects + music for ads, reels, IGTVs, YouTube Shorts, and other social media content
Perform quality controls for all videos including color correction, white balance, and other general video quality aspects to align with brand guidelines.

Qualification Required – The candidates must be a bachelor’s degree holder.

Age – A candidate must be at least 18 years old. There is no upper age limit mentioned by Ditto.

Pay Scale/CTC – The average salary of an Insurance Advisor and Video Editor at Ditto is Rs 37,500 per month which will be around 4.5 lakhs per year.

Expected Knowledge and Skills – The knowledge and skills that you need are given below

Prior experience in the Insurance Domain will be an added advantage
Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality
Excellent listening and analytical skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video
Possess creative flair, conceptual/visual ability and originality
Good command of the English Language

Software knowledge needed : Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Photoshop (Basic) and any other relevant software
Ability to interact, communicate and present ideas to the team and management.

Selection Process – The selection process purely depends upon shortlisting. Once candidate is shortlisted, there will be round of assessment test and virtual/ face to face interview. After successful completion of these rounds, candidate will receive joining letter by the company on their registered email id.

Experienced or Fresher – Freshers and experienced both are eligible for Ditto.

Closing Date – Candidates need to submit application through online application portal by (10-06-2023) expected. Candidates need to apply as soon as possible. Once seats are full, online application link will be closed.
