ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCITONS/RESPONSIBILITIES

Reviews and translates technical and business requirements into clearly written user documentation
Responsible for the creation, iteration and delivery of documentation as defined by the project lead.
- Such as release documentation, user manuals, newsletters, and other training related documentation
Attends all relevant meetings with their project team, peer reviews, retrospectives and other relevant sessions.
Demonstrates the ability to perform peer reviews, create documentation strategies, provides input into estimates
Escalates issues and risks to project and/or skill leadership
Collaborates with various team members and stakeholders for input on the assigned deliverables.
Works with others, such as an Agile Sprint Team or a Technical Writing Lead, to receive defined work assignments
Assigned in a support delivery role for one project at a time.
Communicates professionally with stakeholders and team members on projects
Performs other related duties and activities as required.

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Technical Communications, Technical Writing, Professional Writing, Business Writing, or related degree
