Responsibilities:

This role requires a detail-oriented and organized sales & operations professional who shall be working on – acquiring & closing customers – both B2B & B2C, deployments, account management & account growth. All throughout provide exceptional customer service while driving growth.

Generate, follow up & close leads in the designated area
Identify customer requirements and offer solutions that meet them
Negotiate and close customer deals and get the deployments done
Achieve business goals, targets & milestones
Research, visit market, plan & implement new market initiatives to generate new leads
Ensuring customer satisfaction leading to retention & referrals
Gather consistent feedback from market for existing offerings competition insights
Plan and execute marketing activities, campaigns and promote product portfolio
