Job Role of Process Executive –

The role of process executive is to verify documents, processing bills, analysis of data, responding to complaints, queries on emails, effectively execute calls of clients, resolve query/ issues as per deliverables outlined, maintain voice quality as per standard agreed, handle repetitive calls and strive for target minimization in order to meet quality standards.

Proficient in navigating through various apps in computer

Excel Knowledge
Good time management, ensuring all contacts with customers add value

Problem solving skills and quick thinking to resolve customer issues independently.

Selection Method – For Infosys recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting/ assessment test and telephonic or field interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id.

Responsibilities –

Knowledge of resolving queries utilizing voice skill on any of VPN, drivers, driver installations, active directory

Open to work in 24*7 and work from office environment.
