Responsibilities –

Work closely with the region’s business development and content team to develop digital marketing plans for amplification of events on Paytm insider
Implement platform, email and social media marketing plans for events and categories on Paytm insider
Track and report digital marketing plans for effectiveness and efficiency
Implement various optimization techniques for continued improvement in digital marketing performance.
Effectively manage budgets across all digital marketing operations
Deep dive into numbers from different digital marketing tools to bring out meaningful and actionable insights.

Salary/Pay and Grade Pay – For Digital Marketing Intern post, the payable salary will be Rs 17,500 – 22,700 and for Digital Marketing Specialist post, the payable salary will be 28,400 – 37,500 per month approximately. Further information about salary details is mentioned in the notification.

Digital Marketing Intern – {12th pass minimum}

Knowledge and Skills Required –

A thorough understanding of Google Analytics and other digital marketing analytical tools
Strong verbal and written communication skills
A thorough understanding of different email marketing strategies such as drip campaigns, follow-up campaigns etc
Ability to quickly learn and process information.
