Roles and Responsibilities – The obligations and job roles are mentioned below.

Manage tasks with modest to modest scope.
Convert user queries into solutions for the application system.
Work with diverse organisations both inside and outside of the company to resolve business concerns(i.e system users,company management, consultants, software support staff)
Create sophisticated processes and procedures for the configuratiuon, upgrading, and maintenance of SQL, Workday, ServiceNow and similar application systems by working in multidisciplinary teams.
Organise end-user training materials and provide end-user training as necessary.
Manage projects and analyse in-depth corporate procedures, processes, and scenarios.
Use query and reporting technologies to give system users
flexible and timely information.
Choose the best programming tools to provide users with information.

Selection Process Criteria –

The candidates will be shortlisted on the basis of age, location and qualification which will be followed by a Personal Interview. The personal Interview will be face-to-face or telephonic.

Internship – {a graduate degree in any discipline (pursuing) or a post graduate degree in any discipline (pursuing)}
Knowledge and Skills Required –
Strong communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Strong sense of ownership and leadership quality
Excellent listening and analytical skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
Selection Method – For Infosys recruitment, the candidate will be selected on the basis of shortlisting and telephonic interview. If a candidate is shortlisted according to their desired qualification, he/she will be intimated via registered mobile number or email id.
Work Experience – No further work experience required for this post. Fresher candidates and candidates with no experience can also apply for this recruitment.
